Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in managing and scaling international e-commerce marketplaces like Amazon, Mercado Libre, FlipKart, Tmall, or JD.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and influence internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Strong project management and time management skills to handle multiple international projects.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to justify business decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to operate as a self-starter in unstructured and remote environments.
- Genuine interest in the Arduino ecosystem and broader technology landscape.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess opportunities for international expansion by analyzing market potential, consumer trends, and regional demand.
- Define the go-to-market strategy for new regions, including localized marketing approaches and distribution logistics.
- Evaluate and select e-commerce platforms and third-party solutions to ensure a localized user experience.
- Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to align on project milestones and deployment timelines.
- Manage the setup of new storefronts, ensuring compliance with local regulations and system integration.
- Monitor and report on market entry performance using KPIs, ROI analysis, and data-driven recommendations.
- Plan and execute experiments like conversion tests and funnel optimizations to maximize sales performance.
