Account Manager - Screeding & Flooring
  • Manage and develop existing customer relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the screeding and flooring sector.
  • Visit contractors, distributors, merchants, architects, specifiers, and flooring installers across the assigned territory.
  • Promote screeding and flooring products and provide technical guidance where required.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities.
  • Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Work with Customer Service, Technical Support, Operations, and Logistics to support project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Maintain customer records and the sales pipeline in the CRM system.
  • Achieve sales targets, KPIs, and business objectives.
