Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Proven expertise in Google Workspace Administration and Configuration.
- Experience with SAML, SSO, and API utilization.
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
- Strong independent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proactive and flexible approach to tasks.
- Knowledge of middleware tools such as Make.com, Zapier, or Slack Workflows (nice-to-have).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Google Workspace, 1Password, and Slack.
- Monitor and maintain network security and lifecycle for office infrastructure.
- Analyze organizational IT needs and implement new technologies and applications.
- Collaborate with Security, Legal, and Finance teams to implement IT solutions.
- Automate processes for IT operations and non-technical departments using middleware tools.
- Manage documentation for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Support procurement processes for new software and tools.
