Requirements
- 4+ years of commercial experience in backend development.
- Strong proficiency in Go, or solid expertise in Java, Kotlin, C#, Rust, or TypeScript with a willingness to learn Go.
- Experience building backend services for high-load production environments.
- Strong API design skills (REST, gRPC) for mobile application integration.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs with handling for retries, rate limiting, and failure recovery.
- Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, including transactions, indexing, and data consistency.
- Experience with asynchronous messaging systems such as SQS, Redis, Kafka, or Temporal.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), Docker, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with observability tools including metrics, logging, and tracing.
Responsibilities
- Build the orchestration core to manage multiple AI providers with failover, retries, and rate limiting.
- Own API contracts and stability for the Flutter client application.
- Develop media pipelines for asset storage and delivery via S3/CDN with cost control.
- Monitor and maintain system reliability during traffic spikes using metrics and tracing.
- Implement usage accounting, billing integrations, and idempotent charging systems.
- Design and maintain async generation pipelines for long-running job queues and error recovery.
