Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Full-stack proficiency in Python, React, and TypeScript.
- Experience with databases.
- Proven track record of building and scaling products from early stages.
- Strong systems thinking and architectural judgment for designing data models and APIs.
- Proven ability to translate customer feedback into technical solutions.
- Experience building and maintaining observable, reliable systems in production.
- Understanding of how to leverage AI tools effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and product sensibility.
Responsibilities
- Develop new core product capabilities from the ground up using Django, Python, and React.
- Translate ambiguous business problems into high-impact technical solutions through close collaboration with Product and Design.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to support complex enterprise-grade datasets.
- Drive requirements and migrate to a new common platform across products.
- Maintain high technical standards through code quality, automated testing, and observability.
- Mentor other engineers on the team.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide after-hours support and maintain system uptime.
