Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
- 3-4 years of team leadership experience.
- 3-4 years of client/customer management experience.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube, Pinterest).
- Strong prioritization skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
- 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales/marketing preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in strategic planning preferred.
- Leadership experience in a corporate, marketing, or life sciences environment preferred.
- Project management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality and consistency across tactics led by Avant and external partners.
- Provide oversight and consultation to Account Managers on project execution.
- Act as the primary client communicator to the cross-functional team.
- Partner with finance and project managers on budget development and status reporting.
- Create project proposals and manage scope statements and creative briefs.
- Lead strategic brainstorming and annual strategic planning sessions.
- Monitor project risks and issues, resolving or escalating as needed.
- Provide final approval on deliverables to ensure strategic objectives are met.
