Requirements
- 4+ years of project management experience.
- 3+ years of experience in budget development/management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related business experience.
- Experience leading multiple cross-functional project teams.
- Successful management of campaign budgets.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Familiarity with structured project management methodology.
- Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
- PMP certification (preferred).
- Prior experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical industry, or agency (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day project management for assigned campaigns from initiation through closeout.
- Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, status reports, and resource plans.
- Partner with Account, Finance, and internal teams to facilitate communication and progress.
- Monitor budgets weekly, support revenue recognition, and manage invoicing activities.
- Lead project meetings and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and guidelines.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and resource constraints.
- Support business development with project guidance, budgets, and implementation planning.
