Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Full Stack Developer building and delivering enterprise-level applications.
- Strong experience developing backend and frontend solutions using modern architectures.
- Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
- Solid understanding of Clean Code, software architecture patterns, and automated testing.
- Proficiency with CI/CD, application observability, monitoring, and security practices.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban).
- Practical experience with AI-assisted software development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Devin, Cursor, Claude).
- Knowledge of applying LLMs to software development workflows.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (B2 level).
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish (B2 level).
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to mentor others.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and evolve enterprise applications using modern software engineering practices.
- Build scalable backend and frontend components while contributing to microservices-based architectures.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to define effective solutions aligned with product and operational needs.
- Create, execute, and maintain automated tests to ensure software reliability and quality.
- Participate in CI/CD processes, deployments, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Investigate and resolve incidents, performance issues, and technical challenges.
- Act as a technical reference, supporting knowledge sharing and mentoring of less experienced developers.
- Apply AI-assisted development tools including code generation, automated documentation, test generation, and debugging.
