5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong experience in Go development.
Hands-on experience with Go, Kubernetes, gRPC/REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
Experience working with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka or NATS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong understanding of backend architecture, API design, and cloud-native application development.
Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and improving system reliability.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.
Experience with Kubernetes Operators, eBPF, service mesh technologies, or security-focused Go applications is a plus.
Open-source contributions or experience with WASM/TinyGo is preferred.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs using Go.
Build cloud-native applications, Kubernetes controllers, and automation solutions to support scalable infrastructure.
Develop and integrate gRPC and REST APIs with databases, messaging platforms, and enterprise systems.
Optimize application performance, concurrency, scalability, and resource utilization.
Implement automated testing, monitoring, logging, and CI/CD processes to improve software quality and delivery efficiency.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform debugging and performance tuning across distributed systems.
Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical solutions, improve development practices, and maintain clear documentation.
Contribute to the design and evolution of microservices architectures and cloud-based platforms.
