Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong experience in Go development.
- Hands-on experience with Go, Kubernetes, gRPC/REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka or NATS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of backend architecture, API design, and cloud-native application development.
- Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and improving system reliability.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Experience with Kubernetes Operators, eBPF, service mesh technologies, or security-focused Go applications is a plus.
- Open-source contributions or experience with WASM/TinyGo is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services and APIs using Go.
- Build cloud-native applications, Kubernetes controllers, and automation solutions to support scalable infrastructure.
- Develop and integrate gRPC and REST APIs with databases, messaging platforms, and enterprise systems.
- Optimize application performance, concurrency, scalability, and resource utilization.
- Implement automated testing, monitoring, logging, and CI/CD processes to improve software quality and delivery efficiency.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform debugging and performance tuning across distributed systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical solutions, improve development practices, and maintain clear documentation.
- Contribute to the design and evolution of microservices architectures and cloud-based platforms.
