Requirements

- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Support product teams by identifying quality issues and providing recommendations for correcting non-conformities and improving service quality.
- Perform analysis of software failures, investigate root causes, and contribute to effective problem resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to diagnose issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Help ensure that products and processes meet expected quality standards and user requirements.
- Participate in discussions around process optimization, methodologies, and improvements to delivery workflows.
- Provide support during critical situations by applying problem-solving skills and helping teams manage operational challenges.
