Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional software development experience with a focus on backend systems and API development.
  • Strong programming experience with Go, Node.js, Python, or similar backend technologies.
  • Solid understanding of modern authentication and security architectures, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JWT, and SSO concepts.
  • Experience designing and developing scalable backend services and distributed systems.
  • Practical experience deploying applications in AWS cloud environments.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing practices, and modern software development methodologies.
  • Experience using AI-powered coding assistants to improve productivity, troubleshoot issues, and enhance software quality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a global remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable backend services and microservices using Go, Python, and/or Node.js.
  • Build and maintain authentication and identity management solutions supporting technologies such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), JSON Web Tokens (JWT), and single sign-on (SSO) workflows.
  • Develop secure, reliable, and well-documented APIs and backend services that support critical platform functionality.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor to improve development speed.
  • Build and maintain cloud-native applications using container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Deploy and manage services across AWS cloud environments, including technologies such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB.
  • Create automated testing strategies for new features and existing systems while integrating quality controls through CI/CD pipelines.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions to improve engineering standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers across different regions to define requirements, evaluate technical solutions, and deliver impactful features.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to support system reliability and ensure timely response to production issues.
