Requirements
- Proficiency in workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Expertise in REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and system integrations.
- Experience with Claude/Claude Code and building AI agentic workflows (LLMs, RAG, NLP).
- Basic Python programming for scripting and automation.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management.
- Skilled in Excel and Google Sheets automation.
- Ability to design, test, and document technical solutions.
- Capable of creating and managing dashboards and management views.
- Strong English proficiency.
- Available for part-time work (20 hours/week).
Responsibilities
- Build AI-supported workflows, integrations, databases, and dashboards.
- Capture relevant business data from companies, roles, and projects.
- Connect disparate data sources via APIs and webhooks.
- Structure information in databases or CRM systems.
- Utilize LLMs to compare opportunities with professional profiles.
- Generate outreach content and application drafts.
- Create follow-up actions and pipeline dashboards.
- Document solutions, perform testing, and ensure knowledge transfer.
