Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of total IT experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, manufacturing technology, or enterprise digital solutions.
  • Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives within manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts, smart manufacturing, automation, and connected factory technologies.
  • Experience implementing manufacturing systems such as MES, IIoT platforms, digital twins, predictive maintenance solutions, and shop floor analytics.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies including AI, ML, Generative AI, RPA, computer vision, analytics, and business intelligence platforms.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to develop business cases, evaluate ROI, and translate technology opportunities into measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience managing vendors, technology partners, and external solution providers.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the digital transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives and operational priorities.
  • Identify digitalization opportunities across manufacturing, supply chain, quality, maintenance, logistics, and corporate functions.
  • Establish governance frameworks to prioritize, monitor, and measure the success of digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to successfully deliver digital transformation projects from concept to implementation.
  • Drive Industry 4.0 initiatives across manufacturing environments, including smart factory solutions and connected operations.
  • Implement and scale digital manufacturing technologies such as Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Industrial IoT (IIoT), digital twins, predictive maintenance, connected machines, and real-time production analytics.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Robotic Process Automation, Computer Vision, low-code/no-code platforms, and advanced analytics solutions.
  • Manage multiple transformation projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
