Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer building and maintaining production systems.
  • Strong experience developing with Python in production environments.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure technologies such as AWS, Terraform, and cloud-based deployment systems.
  • Familiarity with frontend ecosystems and frontend infrastructure tools.
  • Experience designing, testing, and maintaining clean, scalable, and reliable code.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across engineering teams and business functions.
  • Strong written, verbal, and technical communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and support team growth.
  • Experience with modern DevOps practices, automation, monitoring, and production reliability is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, manage complex technical challenges, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build, test, deploy, and maintain software and infrastructure solutions using modern engineering practices and continuous delivery workflows.
  • Design scalable infrastructure abstractions and improve the systems that support application development and production operations.
  • Contribute to technical specifications, architecture decisions, testing strategies, and rollout plans for new initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure, automation workflows, and internal engineering platforms.
  • Partner with engineering teams and internal stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Support production systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliability, security, and performance across services.
  • Improve engineering workflows by creating tools and platforms that increase developer productivity.
  • Mentor and support teammates through technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate across teams to influence the future direction of engineering systems and infrastructure strategy.
