Requirements

- 6+ years of experience developing enterprise or consumer-facing web applications.
- Strong experience with Python or Java/Spring-based development environments.
- Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable REST APIs.
- Experience developing multi-tenant web applications and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices, testing methodologies, and secure coding principles.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Highly proactive mindset with the ability to independently manage priorities and drive solutions forward.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable APIs using Python and Java-based technologies.
- Build and continuously improve backend services that support core product functionality and user experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and specialized teams to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain scalable, multi-tenant web applications with strong reliability and performance standards.
- Apply software engineering best practices throughout the full development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure applications meet high standards for quality, security, maintainability, and scalability.
- Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and engineering workflows.
