Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Exact Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in Python for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience with statistical modeling, data manipulation, and feature engineering.
- Knowledge of Big Data concepts and technologies, including PySpark.
- Experience developing analytical solutions and working with large-scale datasets.
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and model evaluation techniques.
- Knowledge of the corporate credit ecosystem (PJ), including products such as working capital loans, receivables anticipation, invoice discounting, and business financing.
- Understanding of company financial indicators, corporate structures, and tax frameworks is considered a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, adaptability, initiative, curiosity, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to collaborate with different teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Responsibilities
- Research and evaluate new data sources to improve analytical capabilities and generate new business opportunities.
- Structure, organize, and prepare databases for modeling and advanced analytics initiatives.
- Develop new variables through feature learning techniques to improve predictive models and scoring solutions.
- Analyze the performance and relevance of features used in statistical models.
- Create innovative analytical solutions using statistical methods and data science techniques across multiple industries.
- Apply knowledge of credit, collections, insurance, and financial services to support the creation of relevant analytical products.
- Develop and optimize data processing workflows using big data technologies.
- Collaborate with teams to identify challenges, propose improvements, and deliver scalable data-driven solutions.
