Requirements
- Professional experience in financial services (banking, payments, insurance, or brokerage).
- Cloud certification in GCP.
- Experience in enterprise architecture and large-scale technology transformation.
- Experience modernizing legacy applications and monolithic systems for cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of application integrations (APIs, microservices, messaging).
- Proficiency in software development (Java, Node.js, Python).
- Experience with architecture principles (DDD, SOLID, Clean Architecture, Hexagonal).
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and FinOps.
- Ability to create architecture diagrams using industry-standard modeling tools.
- Familiarity with SRE concepts, observability, and cybersecurity (OAuth2, JWT, WAF).
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe).
Responsibilities
- Define and guide enterprise architecture strategies aligned with business needs.
- Design solution architectures prioritizing cloud-based approaches and scalability.
- Create technical and functional blueprints to present to leadership.
- Analyze legacy systems and define migration and modernization strategies.
- Conduct make-or-buy assessments and evaluate new technologies.
- Maintain architectural standards, capability maps, and documentation.
- Ensure solutions meet security, resilience, and performance requirements.
- Identify and manage technical debt risks.
- Facilitate architectural knowledge sharing through mentoring and workshops.
