Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 9+ years of experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale data and analytics platforms.
- Strong expertise in cloud-native data and AI solutions, specifically Microsoft Azure.
- Deep knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, and lakehouse architectures.
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Spark, and Python.
- Experience designing AI-ready architectures supporting machine learning and generative AI.
- Proficiency in MLOps and LLMOps practices (MLflow, Azure Machine Learning, LangChain, vector databases, RAG).
- Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks such as CrewAI, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
- Knowledge of APIs, event-driven architecture, and master data management.
- Experience implementing data and AI governance and compliance-focused architectures.
- Ability to mentor teams, influence decisions, and drive enterprise standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve enterprise data architectures, including data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouse platforms.
- Build AI-ready data ecosystems supporting analytics, machine learning, and generative AI.
- Architect cloud-native data platforms using Microsoft Azure services.
- Establish architecture standards, governance frameworks, and technical guidelines.
- Design AI architectures supporting machine learning, RAG, vector search, and LLM-based applications.
- Define scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and real-time data integration patterns.
- Implement data governance practices including metadata management, lineage, and privacy.
- Mentor engineering and data teams to promote technical excellence.
