Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or related technical disciplines.
- 5+ years of experience as an Atlassian Consultant, Atlassian Administrator, Jira Administrator, or similar.
- Proven track record in Atlassian product implementation including installations, upgrades, migrations, workshops, and integrations.
- Exceptional consulting and influencing skills with a history of successful customer engagement.
- Excellent analytical skills to maintain a holistic view across multiple domains.
- Ability to analyze, evaluate, and translate customer requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including workshop facilitation.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Proficiency in technical skills including Unix command line, SQL, and software configuration.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Groovy, Perl, Ruby, or Shell Scripting.
- Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM principles.
- Experience in UAT testing and test use-case development.
- Knowledge of cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality architectural system solutions.
- Facilitate customer discussions to discover business and technical requirements.
- Develop implementation plans based on identified client requirements.
- Guide customers through complex technology transformations across the Atlassian ecosystem.
- Manage customer engagements including scheduling, coordination, and relationship management.
- Advise on internal tools and processes as a senior technical team member.
- Assist with proposal development and statement of work definitions.
- Engage with potential customers on sales calls as a technical subject matter expert.
