Job Details

2+ years of clinical wound care experience (preferred).
Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Medicine, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Knowledge of insurance eligibility, Medicare, and product guidelines (e.g., Noridian LCD).
Strong critical thinking and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable computer, noise-canceling headset, and a second monitor.
Stable internet connection and a backup internet solution.

Manage patient wound care intake records.
Verify patient insurance eligibility through communication with the Payer team.
Assess wound eligibility for medical supplies based on Medicare medical necessity guidelines.
Document and organize clinical details, dispensing orders, and patient data into internal systems and spreadsheets.
Validate medical necessity for new and existing orders and manage documentation for signatures.
Communicate via phone and email with care facilities to clarify clinical questions and delivery timelines.
Maintain tracking of product billing, reimbursement data, and perform product research.
