Requirements
- Prior professional experience in fields such as teaching, coaching, counseling, mentoring, customer support, or hospitality.
- Academic background in psychology or education is a plus.
- Exceptional interpersonal awareness and ability to identify qualities like warmth, honesty, and confidence in communication.
- Strong English writing skills and ability to analyze communication efficacy.
- Ability to work independently and provide thoughtful, critical feedback.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to engage with content that may touch on emotionally difficult topics.
Responsibilities
- Review conversations held with the Ash AI assistant.
- Evaluate what is working effectively and what is not in the conversations.
- Collaborate with a small group of reviewers to compare insights.
- Help define and shape quality standards for AI interactions.
