Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience as an individual contributor.
- Strong Java expertise with hands-on experience in Spring Boot.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Proficiency with JUnit or similar testing frameworks.
- Working experience with Angular (v2+) and TypeScript.
- Relational database skills with PostgreSQL and/or Oracle.
- Proficiency with Git and Jira.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct code reviews and uphold code quality.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain production-quality backend and frontend components.
- Refactor legacy Java applications (e.g., Struts/JBoss) into modern Spring Boot services.
- Develop and integrate secure RESTful APIs.
- Build and maintain Angular applications using TypeScript.
- Implement security features including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and IAM solutions.
- Collaborate within Agile teams on sprint planning, code reviews, and technical documentation.
- Ensure system scalability through CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring.
