Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3+ years of work experience within a cost segregation practice or related field (building inspection, appraisals, engineering, architecture, or construction)
- Proficient in Adobe Pro DC
- Proficient in MS products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Knowledge of RS Means
- Knowledge of Marshall and Swift
- Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel 20%-30%
Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive fixed asset engagements including cost segregation and fixed asset review studies
- Research issues related to cost segregation and fixed asset matters
- Articulate or prepare documentation related to technical cost segregation matters
- Develop industry expertise within the cost segregation practice
- Train, monitor, and develop staff
