Requirements
- 6+ years of experience developing modern web applications.
- Proficiency with a frontend framework, preferably React, and TypeScript.
- Experience with a backend technology such as .NET.
- Deep expertise in SQL Server, including query optimization, indexing, execution plans, and performance tuning.
- Experience building scalable, maintainable software in an Agile development environment.
- Proven track record of participating in code reviews and writing clean, maintainable code.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a remote-first environment with high levels of ownership.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack features across frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.
- Build high-quality, maintainable software with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver end-to-end customer value.
- Participate in technical design discussions, architecture decisions, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, optimize application performance, and continuously improve code quality.
- Contribute to modern engineering practices and help evolve development processes.
