- 8-10+ years of hands-on engineering experience across full stack development.
- Strong depth in Python/Go AND TypeScript/JS.
- Solid experience with FastAPI and Pydantic.
- Experience building and scaling production systems.
- Strong understanding of trade-offs between backend and frontend.
- Sharp problem-solving skills.
- Clear communicator with low ego and high ownership.
- Ability to juggle priorities independently from database schema design to UI polish.
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end from backend API design to frontend implementation to production.
- Write clean, scalable, maintainable code across the full stack.
- Identify and fix performance and reliability bottlenecks in both frontend and backend.
- Work closely with product, design, and ops to ship pragmatically.
- Make informed technical decisions about when to go deep vs. when to keep it simple.
