Requirements
- 4+ years of experience shipping production software in both Java (backend) and React (front end).
- Expertise in frontier AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex for structured agentic workflows.
- Strong focus on automated verification, including unit tests, type checks, and build validation.
- Ability to own features end-to-end with strong product sense and minimal oversight.
- Experience with enterprise engineering discipline, including security and validation.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, specifically GitHub Actions.
- Proactive, self-directed communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Design agent orchestration systems including context packages, verification gates, and parallel execution patterns.
- Deliver production features end-to-end, spanning UI polish, backend logic, and deployment.
- Document and distribute reusable workflows, prompts, and tooling to elevate team capability.
- Maintain enterprise quality through automated test coverage, PR reviews, and defensive coding.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing sessions, and documentation on AI-native practices.
- Benchmark and adopt new models and tools to improve engineering output.
