Requirements
- 3+ years of project or program management experience supporting IT operations and/or business systems.
- Fluent, professional English (written and verbal).
- Strong project management fundamentals: planning, scoping, and risk tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain thorough documentation.
- Excellent communication skills for leadership reviews, vendor check-ins, and technical working sessions.
- Comfort with financial data, software forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Ability to work with U.S.-based teams with meaningful overlap with U.S. Central Time.
- Collaborative and feedback-oriented mindset.
- Interest in the mortgage, title, and real estate technology space.
Responsibilities
- Manage the roadmap and projects for IT operations and Mortgage & Title systems, including LendingPad and Qualia.
- Support project definition, planning, and goal setting to translate leadership priorities into actionable plans.
- Own project communications, maintaining alignment across Technology, Operations, and Finance.
- Analyze monthly software forecasts, track spend, and manage renewals and license optimization.
- Improve IT knowledge management through runbooks, help documentation, and self-service resources.
- Manage IT operational intake, prioritization, and triage.
- Contribute to IT governance, compliance documentation, and access reviews.
