Requirements
- Proven execution as an individual contributor with experience driving products from concept to ship.
- Full product-lifecycle ownership experience, from requirements to post-launch optimization.
- Comfort working with large engineering teams on complex, technical, high-throughput real-time systems.
- Solid understanding of or demonstrable interest in the sports industry.
- Experience with cross-timezone coordination between Europe and the US.
- Ability to thrive and maintain productivity in high-growth, ambiguous environments.
- Experience with exchange technology, matching engines, order books, or settlement systems is preferred.
- Background in crypto or fintech is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own the Predictions Exchange as its dedicated Product Manager, serving as the DRI for the CDNA platform.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from conceptualization and requirements gathering through to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Prioritize the engineering backlog to align technical output with business goals for B2B and B2C markets.
- Streamline development processes to reduce cycle time and improve predictability.
- Scale the exchange platform to support increasing volume, new brands, and market growth while maintaining reliability.
