- 5+ years of experience in subscription marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
- 5+ years of experience developing and executing go-to-market strategies for consumer products or digital services.
- Demonstrated experience driving acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, or customer lifetime value.
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving product, marketing, and analytics stakeholders.
- Ability to translate customer, market, and performance insights into actionable recommendations.
- Proven ownership of marketing strategy from initial planning through execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong project-management capabilities to manage multiple priorities.
- Track record of producing measurable business impact supported by metrics.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute growth strategies for existing and future subscription offerings.
- Identify opportunities to improve subscriber acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and business performance to develop actionable recommendations.
- Serve as the primary marketing partner to product stakeholders to influence roadmaps and value propositions.
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new subscription products, features, and promotions.
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and integrated marketing plans.
- Partner with analytics and lifecycle marketing to measure performance and optimize conversion.
- Manage cross-channel acquisition strategies including paid media, affiliate, and CRM.
