Requirements
- Active Arizona license (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW).
- Experience working with children, teens, and families (or strong interest).
- Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Availability during weekday afternoons and evenings (2–9 PM) preferred.
- Weekend availability is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and develop client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans.
- Provide individual and family therapy sessions via telehealth.
- Manage a caseload of 15–22 sessions per week.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including therapists, PMHNPs, and psychiatrists.
- Maintain timely documentation in the EHR.
- Provide education and care coordination for families.
