Requirements
- Active license and in good standing as a LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Pennsylvania.
- Willingness to obtain cross-licensure in other states.
- 2+ years of clinical experience with adults (18+).
- 6+ months of teletherapy experience.
- Proficiency with clinical assessments such as PHQ-9.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Available for 8-24 hours per week.
- Ability to complete all documentation within 48 hours of client contact.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+).
- Practice modalities including CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, and MI.
- Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy sessions per week.
- Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust approaches based on client progress.
- Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate.
- Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.
