Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience supporting Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, or other Federal agencies in workforce development, training, organizational management, Real Property, or related mission areas.
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering enterprise training programs.
- Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives.
- Experience developing instructional materials, knowledge management products, and workforce documentation.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Experience facilitating workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Demonstrated experience developing policies, SOPs, guidance documents, and communication products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience briefing senior leadership.
- Experience supporting cross-functional teams in complex organizational environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and collaboration platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop enterprise training programs and instructional materials to support workforce transformation.
- Implement organizational change management strategies to support mission requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Government leadership on workforce development strategies.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities, workshops, and meetings.
- Improve business processes and support organizational transitions.
- Develop policies, SOPs, guidance documents, and communication products.
- Support cross-functional teams in complex organizational environments.
