Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in social media content creation, graphic design, and video production.
- At least 2 years of experience working full-time in a virtual or remote capacity.
- Available at least 20 hours per week.
- Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Demonstrated experience with short-form video production and reel editing.
- Strong graphic design skills using Canva and Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent.
- Audio and video editing proficiency with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut Pro.
- Proficiency with social media scheduling tools such as Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Working knowledge of AI tools for content creation and copywriting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management tools.
- If no degree, must hold at least one relevant certification (e.g., Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, Google Digital Marketing).
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage content strategy across social media platforms.
- Plan, produce, and schedule static graphics, carousels, and short-form video/reels.
- Edit audio and video assets for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Design graphics and visual assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Write captions and copy in client-specific brand voices.
- Build and manage content calendars aligned with client goals.
- Monitor engagement and manage online communities.
- Review platform analytics and provide performance recommendations.
- Stay current on platform algorithms and trending formats.
- Manage content production timelines across multiple client accounts.
