- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong technical background and aptitude for current software technologies.
- Experience working collaboratively in an Agile framework.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills for effective project management.
- Clear communication skills for presenting ideas and gathering user feedback.
- Experience in Healthcare or Self-Direction programs is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Set the vision and strategy for assigned products to maximize market penetration.
- Create and execute comprehensive product roadmaps and plans.
- Prioritize customer requirements to meet defined business needs.
- Collaborate with Director and IT teams to ensure alignment with corporate goals.
- Gather and document product requirements from key stakeholders.
- Lead and influence development teams within an Agile framework.
- Develop and manage project plans for new feature releases.
- Research and anticipate industry trends and client demands.
