Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related technical field.
- 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a Software Engineering role.
- 2 years of experience developing and supporting the SAP HANA, Business Objects, and SAC platform stack.
- 2 years of experience in technical design of data modeling for SAC Analytics.
- 3 years of experience in design and development of analytical queries, reports, and visualizations using Tableau.
- 2 years of experience with dbt as a data orchestration tool.
- 2 years of experience working in a CICD framework.
- 2 years of experience with Snowflake VWH and data modeling.
- Demonstrated knowledge of HVR replication for data ingestion.
- Proficiency in Python and Java programming.
- Strong fundamental knowledge of data architecture, design, and SQL.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, maintain, and support a modernized data platform.
- Model, develop, and implement backend and front-end structures for visualization and reporting.
- Build aggregate data models and manage data flow for dashboards.
- Work on data transformation using ETL tools and build dimension views and fact tables.
- Gather functional and technical requirements from business communities to translate into reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot data anomalies and support the data warehouse and associated marts.
- Educate and empower business teams on self-serve reporting models.
