Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Collection Analytics, CRM Analytics, Risk Analytics, or similar.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Experience building dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Tableau, Superset, or Power BI.
- Understanding of data validation, data quality checks, and analytical reporting.
- Hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product and Engineering.
- Proven experience designing or improving business processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Self-driven, proactive approach and comfort taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- B1 or higher English level for communication.
Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments to optimize repayment rates and contact efficiency.
- Develop and refine performance metrics, agent incentive models, and operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Operations teams to test process changes and measure business impact.
- Build and automate data pipelines, dashboards, and monitoring systems for actionable insights.
- Forecast performance and model financial outcomes to support strategy and resource allocation.
- Communicate analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders and translate data into business actions.
