Requirements
- Hands-on experience in at least two security domains (e.g., AppSec + cloud/infra).
- Proven track record of building or scaling a security program end-to-end.
- Strong coding and automation abilities, with preference for Python.
- Deep understanding of cloud security, specifically within AWS environments.
- Experience with AI-assisted development and securing LLM tooling.
- Leadership experience or clear potential, including mentoring and team delivery ownership.
- Ability to act as an educator and collaborator with developers rather than a gatekeeper.
- Must be located in Europe.
- Familiarity with framework-based posture assessment (CIS Controls, NIST CSF).
- Exposure to pentesting, audits, and compliance standards (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, ISO 42001).
Responsibilities
- Own security programs end-to-end from roadmap shaping to implementation and adoption.
- Perform threat modeling, secure design and code reviews, and supply chain security assessments.
- Manage AWS infrastructure posture, runtime security, and IAM in collaboration with the Infrastructure team.
- Develop automation and AI tooling to secure development practices and LLM-assisted workflows.
- Conduct framework-based security posture assessments and create actionable, prioritized engineering plans.
- Interface with compliance requirements including SOC 2, PCI-DSS, and ISO 42001.
- Mentor engineers and lead blameless post-mortems for security incidents.
