Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, finance, or fintech projects.
- Strong knowledge of FX markets (Spot, Forward, Swap), Market Data, and Trade Lifecycle.
- Experience working with Trading/Treasury processes and IT projects.
- Proficiency in analyzing, modeling, and documenting complex business workflows.
- Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Fluent in Polish and English.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and document business processes related to FX trading, Market Data, and Trade Lifecycle Management.
- Collaborate with business, IT, and external vendors to gather and refine requirements through workshops and active engagement.
- Contribute to the design and testing of IT solutions supporting Front Office and Treasury activities.
- Support the implementation and deployment of trading tools, ensuring seamless adoption and operation.
- Assist in incident analysis and problem resolution to optimize trading systems.
- Participate in market data analysis, FX pricing, and valuation of currency instruments.
