Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a banking, finance, or insurance environment.
- Proven track record of creating complete business cases.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Mandatory fluency in German (C1+).
- Understanding of AI use cases in banking is a plus.
- Familiarity with Sparkasse environment is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of compliance standards like SOC2 and ISO 27001.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
- Ability to travel to Germany once every one or two months for 2-3 days.
- Ability to attend biannual workshops from Warsaw.
Responsibilities
- Create and prioritize user stories in cooperation with specialist departments.
- Develop complete business cases including cost-benefit analyses and decision templates.
- Manage stakeholders across both specialist and IT departments.
- Coordinate with Finanz Informatik regarding requirements and feasibility.
- Ensure documentation is compliant with SOC2 and ISO 27001 standards.
- Identify potential Artificial Intelligence (AI) opportunities within the workstream.
