Requirements

- Minimum of 5-7 years in a senior software development leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Proven success leading large-scale software initiatives.
- Deep expertise in software design, system engineering, and data engineering.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms and quality assurance standards.
- Strong strategic, organizational, and communication skills.
- Track record of influencing executive, technical, and business stakeholders.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of North American software development and delivery of scalable, secure solutions.
- Collaborate with architecture, security, DevOps, product management, and business stakeholders.
- Champion modern development practices, design patterns, and AI-enabled innovation.
- Manage technology budgets, resource allocations, and operational efficiency.
- Lead engineering organizations through AI transformations and digital strategy.
- Establish and manage offshore talent pools using EOR and captive methods.
- Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and advanced analytics.
