Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, procurement, logistics, operations, or project management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple active projects and conflicting priorities.
- Strong commercial instinct to balance customer needs, supplier relationships, and margin.
- Ability to reason through incomplete information and make sound judgment calls.
- Data-savvy with experience using data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
- Resourceful, proactive, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in logistics, the container industry, construction, or related field is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute container procurement to ensure timely order fulfillment across operational markets.
- Negotiate with suppliers for optimal pricing and quality specifications.
- Coordinate deliveries with a network of trucking partners.
- Manage the end-to-end Modkit accessories program including sourcing, stock monitoring, and warranty resolution.
- Build and maintain relationships with nationwide modification companies and fabrication partners.
- Oversee specialty unit sourcing and coordinate technical reefer inspections.
- Identify and resolve operational issues through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
