Requirements
- 5+ years working with the AWS cloud
- 1+ years working with the Azure cloud
- Strong experience with the C4 model and other traditional design artifacts
- Proficiency in Java, Golang, or Python and JavaScript
- Experience with modern Agent frameworks such as OpenAI Agents SDK, LangGraph, Google ADK, or SmolAgents
- Proven experience building agentic products or solutions
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Knowledge of digital and broadcast production operations and workflows
- Familiarity with audio/speech ML tasks like speaker diarization and identification
- Comfortable with gated, continuous deployment workflows including unit, component, and integration testing
Responsibilities
- Train and fine-tune models using LoRA and other parameter-efficient techniques
- Design, train, and evaluate multimodal models from scratch
- Apply reinforcement learning techniques to model development and optimization
- Deploy, debug, and maintain distributed systems in cloud environments
- Optimize inference pipelines using tools and techniques such as TensorRT, quantization, and pruning
- Monitor and maintain models in production, including handling data drift and system failures
- Perform data gathering, cleaning, and curation for training and evaluation datasets
- Work closely with Product and Operations to design and optimize workflows
