Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack web engineering experience with depth in front-end and back-end.
- Proven track record as a tech lead directing senior and mid-level engineers.
- AI-native operating style, focusing on building scaffolding for autonomous agent delivery.
- Power-user command of frontier agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
- Strong model intuition regarding capability, cost, and model selection.
- Experience with production LLM integration including APIs, prompt engineering, and automation pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Cloud self-sufficiency with solid experience in AWS.
- Commitment to enterprise quality standards including defensive coding, edge-case coverage, security, and automated evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Architect agent-ready systems including context, tooling, evaluation harnesses, and guardrails for autonomous development.
- Orchestrate parallel agent fleets, inspect results against quality standards, and improve capabilities based on agent failures.
- Ship production features in a closed-loop environment, balancing development speed with enterprise-grade reliability.
- Create and package improvements such as rules, skills, and evaluation frameworks to compound leverage across the team.
- Lead senior engineers by scoping work, reviewing architecture and pull requests, and setting technical direction.
