Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or curriculum design.
  • Significant experience creating instructor-led training (ILT/VILT) content.
  • Demonstrated ability to design learning experiences for enterprise, professional, or technical audiences.
  • Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) and AI concepts.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and adult learning principles.
  • Experience managing projects and collaborating with SMEs, instructors, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in developing interactive materials like case studies, simulations, and facilitator guides.
  • Ability to design for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, content management systems, and authoring tools.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to coordinate with teams across US, Europe, Middle East, and Asia time zones.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Lead Learning Experience Designer for programs covering AI, emerging technology, digital transformation, and leadership.
  • Own the complete client-facing design process from discovery, requirements gathering, and project timeline definition through final delivery.
  • Partner with sales, product, and client success teams to identify needs and define learner personas and program objectives.
  • Design and develop instructor-led learning materials including facilitator guides, slides, labs, simulations, and assessments.
  • Create hands-on activities using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot to promote practical workplace skill application.
  • Provide guidance to instructors on best practices for interactive, tool-based facilitation and learner support.
  • Lead initiatives to standardize reusable learning patterns, components, and templates to improve scalability.
