Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or curriculum design.
- Proven track record creating instructor-led training (ILT/VILT) content for enterprise or technical audiences.
- Strong proficiency in instructional design methodologies including ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, and adult learning principles.
- Hands-on fluency with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Midjourney).
- Experience managing clients, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Ability to design hands-on labs, case studies, and real-world business simulations.
- Experience with LMS platforms, content management systems, and authoring tools.
- Ability to flex schedule for global meeting coordination.
- Strong project management capability to own timelines and resource deliverables.
- Passion for building practical, future-facing skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Lead Learning Experience Designer for programs including AI, emerging technology, and digital transformation.
- Own the complete client-facing design process from discovery through delivery, including requirements gathering and project timelines.
- Design and develop instructor-led learning materials such as facilitator guides, case studies, simulations, and assessments.
- Collaborate with SMEs, product managers, and instructors to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences.
- Lead initiatives to standardize reusable learning patterns, components, and templates for GA's instructional portfolio.
- Support pre-sales and client conversations to define learning pathways, objectives, and audience readiness.
