Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering measurable impact.
- Ability to influence decisions at the leadership level through clear and persuasive communication.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse experience preferred) and Python.
- Experience using data visualization tools like Metabase.
- Expertise in Excel for analytical modeling.
- Comfortable with version control and collaborative tools like GitHub.
- First principles thinker capable of breaking down complex problems into clear hypotheses.
Responsibilities
- Embed within a core business area (Growth, Product, AI/Automation, or Partnerships) to own the analytical function end-to-end.
- Understand business questions before performing analysis to ensure data informs clear decisions.
- Define key performance metrics and build dashboards to track success.
- Design and execute experiments to surface actionable business insights.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Drive execution of agreed-upon recommendations across growth, product, or operational teams.
