Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in a similar technical consulting, GIS engineering, or enterprise solutions role.
- Experience designing, implementing, and administering enterprise GIS solutions using modern GIS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of GIS capabilities including mapping, field operations, spatial analysis, data science, 3D visualization, analytics, data management, and developer APIs.
- Ability to design and recommend solutions that demonstrate the business value of GIS technology, particularly within defense and intelligence environments.
- Advanced platform configuration skills and experience managing enterprise GIS deployments.
- Strong programming and scripting experience with Python, Arcade, HTML, and/or JavaScript.
- Experience modeling and managing logical and topological network data.
- System administration experience with Windows environments.
- Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, geographic information systems, or another STEM-related field.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers and partners to identify, design, and validate key GIS workflows using enterprise platforms and technologies.
- Provide technical guidance, architecture recommendations, and best practices to help customers implement innovative GIS solutions.
- Identify opportunities where location intelligence can improve operational workflows and deliver measurable business value.
- Develop and deliver advanced technical demonstrations and presentations to stakeholders across diverse customer organizations.
- Work closely with customer IT teams to align technical objectives, business requirements, and enterprise technology strategies.
- Independently execute project activities, deliver consulting services, and implement solutions while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
- Expand expertise across GIS software capabilities, industry workflows, and emerging technology patterns.
- Support defense and intelligence customers by enabling data-driven decisions through advanced mapping, analytics, and location-based technologies.
