Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in operations support, customer operations, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related discipline.
- Strong ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and recognize operational issues.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to understand the impact of process changes.
- Strong ownership mentality and willingness to take responsibility for operational outcomes.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with Excel for reporting and analysis.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and shifts based on business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the performance and functioning of assigned sites through outbound calls, emails, and coordination with field teams.
- Coordinate between sellers, field executives, and internal or external stakeholders to ensure timely operational execution.
- Support sellers by providing guidance, training, and ensuring adherence to established processes and operational standards.
- Monitor daily performance metrics and identify trends, issues, or disruptions requiring attention.
- Analyze operational data and recommend improvements to enhance seller experience and efficiency.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve consistency and scalability.
- Support the rollout of new processes, features, and operational initiatives.
- Manage communication across multiple teams to resolve operational challenges effectively.
- Contribute to maintaining quality standards across voice and non-voice operational channels.
