Requirements

- Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ and asynchronous event-driven architectures.
- Knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Oracle, with familiarity with NoSQL.
- Practical experience using AI development tools to improve software engineering productivity.
- Experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments such as AWS or GCP.
- Experience working with agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
- Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability practices.
- Experience creating and maintaining automated tests (unit and integration tests).
- Strong understanding of software quality principles, clean architecture, and sustainable system evolution.
- Advanced knowledge of Git and modern software development workflows.
- Experience with information security practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain robust backend solutions using Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot for synchronous and asynchronous processes.
- Design and evolve microservices architectures, APIs, and event-driven solutions focused on scalability and performance.
- Use AI-powered development tools and assistants to accelerate coding, refactoring, documentation, and test creation.
- Build and maintain high-quality software through unit testing, integration testing, code reviews, and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Investigate and resolve complex production issues, performing root cause analysis and improving system stability.
- Monitor application performance through logs, telemetry, and observability practices.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, technical refinements, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Implement secure integrations using CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
