Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Software Developer.
- Hands-on experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot and Devin.
- Strong experience in refactoring applications and reducing technical debt.
- Solid knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, Node.js (JADE), HTML, and Oracle.
- Experience designing and integrating REST APIs and microservices architectures.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of software security tools such as Fortify and SonarQube.
- English proficiency at B2 level.
- Spanish proficiency at B2 level.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Availability to work on-call schedules or shifts when required.
Responsibilities
- Participate in software solution design and architecture discussions.
- Review, refactor, and optimize source code using Generative AI tools.
- Analyze Java and Spring Boot applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Utilize AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Devin to accelerate development tasks.
- Document technical solutions and changes using JIRA, Confluence, or ALM.
- Identify technical bottlenecks and improvement opportunities with engineering teams.
- Contribute to CI/CD process improvements and DevOps practices.
- Resolve technical issues in collaboration with production support teams.
